The TERPS traveled to #18 James Madison on Friday for
a 7pm contest that was not supposed to include rain but...
The #2 TERPS jumped out with 4 scores early by Caitlyn,
Laura, Karri Ellen and Brandi but JMU countered with 2
of their own to cut the TERP lead to 4 - 2. HOWEVER, the
next 7 goals belonged to us, including 4 by Karri Ellen
Johnson. TERPS led at the half, 11 -3. Oh yea, it was
still raining.

After the break, Sarah Mollilson and Brittany Jones took the
TERP lead out to 13 - 3 and really the TERPS never looked
back. Amanda Spinneneweber had 2 goals and 1 assist,
C McFaddy had 1 goal and 5 assists, Gals had an assist,
Brittany Jones had 2 goals, Brandi Jones had 2 goals. Abby
Caso and Kristy Black each had one for the TERPS.

Goaltending was superb with the triumvirate of Dipper,
Lynne Cooper and Mary Jordan making 7 saves on the
night behind a stingy TERPS defense. Final - TERPS 17 -
JMU 7.
Parents - thank you for braving the elements and
being all about the best LX tailgate in the country!!

TERPS welcome the Stanford Cardinal to the Complex
tomorrow at 12 pm. IF no rain, there just might be
