ACC PLAYER of the WEEK

Dana Dobbie is co ACC Player of the week on a 10 goal

performance last week. She totalled 7 goals in the

TERPS 15-7 win at Stanford over the weekend, added

1 assist and had 5 draw controls. Dobbie leads the nation
in draw controls and is the ACC leader in goals per

game and points per game.

Congrats Dana!!

FRIDAY

The TERPS had a chance to see some of the city sights,

Alcatraz, the Malibu Grand Prix and Mini Golf and

generally enjoy a beautiful day in California.

TERPS in CALI

The TERPS arrived in Palo Alto after an up and down flight
from BWI - no problems, just stops in Raleigh, Las Vegas
and San Jose before driving to Stanford for practice. TERPS
arrived to a beautiful day in CA. It was good to get out and
move around after the flight. TERPS checked in to the
Sheraton and then set out to Megan Cassara's Aunt Mary's
home, on the water, for dinner . Thank you Aunt Mary for the
great food and your hospitality.

Blue sky, sunshine today. The TERPS will practice, then will
have some free time to sightsee, visit with family or relax a little.

Game tomorrow at 1 pm PDT/4pm EDT.

TERPS over SPIDERS 17-9

The TERPS downed Richmond tonight, 17-9. Our newest TERP - Cadyn Elizabeth Reese, arrived this afternoon. Congrats to all of you, Brian, Riley and Brody, and especially, Cathy.

With that news, the TERPS went on to dominate Richmond. On the night, the TERPS hit the net 17 times....Dana Dobbie had 5, Casey Magor had 3 and Prince had 2 goals and added 2 assists. Caitlyn McFadden contributed 4 assists for the TERPS. Next up, TERPS (5-1), face Dartmouth, Saturday at 1, home...hope to see you there.

Allie B - ACC Player of the Week!

Congrats to TERPS GK, Allie Buote, named ACC Player of the Week. Buote led
the TERPS defense against UVA, holding the Hoos to their lowest goal output
in 8 years while making 10 saves on the day. For the week, Buote recorded
17 saves for a save percentage of 58.6 and goals against average of 6.44.

TERPS 8 - UVA 4. TERPS in control from the start, opening a 4 - 0 lead before VA puts up 2 goals. After the break, the TERPS Lauren Cohen scored the next two TERPS' goals for a
6 - 2 lead. VA answered with the next 2 getting as close as they would at 6-4. Dana Dobbie, who had 6 of the TERPS 11 draw controls, handed it to the offense again and the TERPS used up some clock, holding the ball for about 5 minutes. Amanda Spinnenweber scored an open net goal to make the final 8 - 4. Dana 3 goals, Lauren 2 goals, Spin, Casey Magor and Caitlyn McFadden with one each. Allie Buote had 10 saves, some on point blank shots!!
